The duration of the course shall be four and half years including compulsory internship of six months.

Eligibillty for Admission: Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology put together, with separate minimum pass marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology; are eligible with usual relaxation allowed by the Government of Kerala for SC/ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC) candidates.
