Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) 4 Years

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology put together, with separate minimum pass marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology; are eligible with usual relaxation allowed by the Government of Kerala for SC/ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC) candidates.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T) 4½ years

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology put together, with separate minimum pass marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology; are eligible with usual relaxation allowed by the Government of Kerala for SC/ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC) candidates.

Master of Optometry (M.Optom) 2 Years

Candidates who have passed :

  1. BSc Optometry Degree from KUHS or other Universities recognised as equivalent to KUHS and shall have a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate of all the years of    University examinations of the course) through a full-time regular mode of study. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, wherever applicable.
  2. In case of the Grade system, the Grade to percentage of marks conversion scheme obtained from the University shall be uploaded along with the application.
  3. The applicants should satisfy the minimum requirements for admission before the last date fixed for submission of the application.

Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.T) 2 Years

  1. Candidates who have passed the BPT examination degree from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other University recognised by Kerala University of Health Sciences (hereafter KUHS), with 50% marks (aggregate of all the years of University examinations of the course) through full-time regular mode of study. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, wherever applicable.
  2. In case of the Grade system, the Grade to percentage of marks conversion scheme obtained from the University shall be uploaded along with the application.
  3. The applicants should satisfy the minimum requirements for admission before the last date fixed for submission of the application

Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) 2 Years

Candidates who have passed:

  1. Full-time Regular Medical degree in any one of the following from an institution

recognised by the respective council where applicable, and is affiliated to KUHS –viz., MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS or from any other university established under law considered equivalent thereto by KUHS and shall have a minimum of 50% marks in all the years of the University examination of the course. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, where applicable.

OR

  1. Full-time Regular degree in any one of the following from an institution recognised by the respective council, where applicable, and is affiliated to KUHS –viz, B.Sc Nursing(Basic or Post basic), B. Pharm, B.Sc.in Allied Health Sciences or from any other university established under law considered equivalent thereto by KUHS, and shall have a minimum of 50% marks in all the years of the University examination of the course. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, where applicable.

OR

  1. Full-time Regular Bachelor’s degree in Science/Law/Engineering/Management conducted by any recognised University in Kerala, or equivalent there to as recognised by any university in Kerala, having at least 50 % aggregate of marks in all the years of university examination of the degree course.

OR

  1. Full-time Regular Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Commerce conducted by any recognised University in Kerala, or equivalent, as recognised by any university in Kerala, having at least 50 % aggregate of marks in all the years of university examination of the degree course.
  2. In case of the Grade system, the Grade to percentage of marks conversion scheme obtained from the University shall be uploaded along with the application.

MSc. Medical Physiology (MMP) 3 Years

Candidate who has passed:

  1. Medical Graduates (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS and BUMS) from KUHS or other Universities recognised as equivalent thereto by KUHS and shall have a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate of all the years of University examinations of the course) through a full-time regular mode of study. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, wherever applicable.

OR

  1. BSc Nursing, BPT, BPharm, BSc MLT, or any other professional graduates in Allied Health Science from KUHS or other Universities recognised as equivalent thereto by KUHS, and shall have a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate of all the years of University examinations of the course) through a full-time regular mode of study. The Candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, wherever applicable.
  2. In case of the Grade system, the Grade to percentage of marks conversion scheme obtained from the University shall be uploaded along with the application.
