Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology put together, with separate minimum pass marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology; are eligible with usual relaxation allowed by the Government of Kerala for SC/ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC) candidates.

recognised by the respective council where applicable, and is affiliated to KUHS –viz., MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS or from any other university established under law considered equivalent thereto by KUHS and shall have a minimum of 50% marks in all the years of the University examination of the course. The candidate shall have obtained permanent registration in the respective state council, where applicable.
